Freedom of Information

The Municipal Clerk is a statutory officer of the Corporation and is assigned various duties by a number of Provincial statutes such as the Municipal Act, the Planning Act, the Vital Statistics Act, the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act and the Municipal Elections Act. The Administration office is responsible to Council for the general management of the civic administration and for the conduct of the business affairs of the Corporation.
