Burning Restrictions

The Municipality of Morris-Turnberry has reduced its Burning Restrictions.

The Burn Ban is no longer in effect. Burns are now permitted. Remember, burns should be continuously monitored, have a means to be completely extinguished and must be 3 meters away from any building, structure, hedge, tree, fence, highway, roadway, overhead wire or combustible material of any kind.

The Municipality of Morris-Turnberry has now issued Burning Restrictions.

The Burn Ban is in effect for Burn Piles (Controlled Burns), however, small recreational cooking/camping fires (less than 1 meter x 1 meter) are still permitted as long as they are continuously monitored, have a means to completely extinguish and must be 3 meters away from any building, structure, hedge, tree, fence, highway, roadway, overhead wire or combustible material of any kind.
